Hi,

It can be found here, but you have to be logged in as a member: https://membervalidator3.imsglobal.org/

You can get there by logging in, then click on Standards > Question & Test Interoperability (QTI) and Assessment or by visiting
https://www.1edtech.org/standards/qti then ...
https://www.1edtech.org/certification/qti then go to
https://www.imsglobal.org/1edtech-qti-conformance-certification
and then clicking the link "QTI Online Validator"...yeah it's deep. (@Tnx to Jasper for pointing it out)
