New Federal Race/Ethnicity Demographic Addition

If it's possible, are there any plans to add a column in the Demographics.csv, for all OneRoster specifications, for the newly added Federal race/ethnicity "Middle Eastern or North African" (middleEasternOrNorthAfrican) (code 8)?

In IL I believe we're already required to have that selection available for our students in our SIS and State Reporting.

Yes this has been raised and brought to the OneRoster project group. We do have it in the queue for additions but it will require a revision to the spec.

In the meantime, we will be releasing an update to our best practices guide that will outline an extension to use where needed. That should be released in a few weeks time.
