Mark is responsible for managing the assessment related activities and workgroups (QTI/APIP) across IMS as well as assisting with the Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) and accessibility (AccessForAll) workgroups. Mark oversees and supports the Executive Board on Assessment that sets the strategy and vision of eAssessment evolution. Mark began his career as a web editor/writer for Novell, managing, maintaining, and contributing content to the Novell AppNotes website, educating users of software developments and product functionality. He also worked for a consulting company developing training materials related to enterprise resource planning for classroom learning and on the job training. Mark holds Masters and Bachelors degrees from the University of Oregon and Brigham Young University, respectively.
