Olya Jerschkowsky has over 20 years experience managing technical departments and delivering large complex technical implementations, working in various industries ranging from higher education, manufacturing, network consulting to utility companies. In her current position at UMUC, Olya oversees the technical landscape for the online classroom and manages the teams responsible for the LMS, LCMS and the integrated systems that make up the holistic learning environment. Olya is also responsible for the learner's experience technical roadmap and incorporating new technologies into the online learning environment.
Olya holds a BS in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been PMP certified since 2009.
