Kelly Hoyland

Director, HED Programs

Kelly Hoyland began her career in K-12 education where she served in roles as teacher, coordinator, and director. Her focus has been to find ways to use technology to support teaching and learning. Most recently she served as the Director of Learning & Client Technology Services at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where her department was responsible for supporting academic technology and end user support. She has also served on a variety of local and statewide committees and workgroups. Kelly holds the Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL) certification, bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Business Education, and a master’s degree in Educational Technology.
