in house developed LMS need to create a common cartridge

We have a in house developed LMS I can export course content to xml but do not know to consalidate it to a common cartr

in house developed LMS need to create a common cartridge

We developed an LMS system.
I can export discussion forum, lessons, gradebook, dropboxes to xml files per course. Need help and guideness how to consalidate those xml files to a common cartridge to be used by our faculty memebers to import them to other learning management systems like blackboard.
