Hi. I'm looking for JavaScript based LTI Tool Provider example / library - ideally for LTI 1.3. Are there any such resources available?

Hi David - there is currently

Hi David - there is currently not any pure javascript Tool/Platform libraries. We would eventually want to write or collaborate on libraries, gems, packages etc.

Here is two current example reference implementations (not libraries):
