Tool Proxy Service 400 Error

During the LTI 2.0 Cert tests for registration, I am receiving a 400 error from the Tool Proxy Service when trying to create a tool proxy. However, no details as to why the message was rejected are provided. Is there somewhere I can go to validate the format and content of my request? Manually comparing with the spec is onerous and error-prone, and I'm having difficulty discerning what I have done incorrectly.

Solution Found

I've discovered that reloading the certification test page displays errors from the last test.
